  • Inclusions
    1. Well-appointed accommodation
    2. Meal Plan – CP (Bed & Breakfast)
    3. Sightseeing as per itinerary
    4. All Monuments, Museums, Cultural Events and activities fees as per itinerary 
    5. Return airport/ jetty Transfers in AC vehicle as per itinerary
    6. All Transportation for local sight-seeing tours by AC Vehicleas per itinerary.
    7. Cruise transfers Port Blair –Neil Island – Havelock – Port Blair by private ferry Subject to availability (base category)
  • Exclusions
    1. GST 05.00% included
    2. Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours/extra meals ordered
    3. Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”
    4. Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls
    5. The services of vehicles is not on disposal basis & finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary
    6. Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty)
    7. Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
    8. Medical & travel insurance.
    9. Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and / or any factors beyond control.

  1. Rates are for a quick reference, Kindly mail OR contact our consultants for final quotation.
  2. Quotation is based on added hotels in specific categories, however the same is strictly on ‘Availability’ and in the case of change in accommodation supplement charges shall be applicable.

  • Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

  1. 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
  2. 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
  3. 19 – 10 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost


Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure and refund shall be made as per applicability

  • Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

  1. 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  2. 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  3. Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost
  4. In case of peak period, 100% cancellation charges applicable once guaranteed 
  5. For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter 

If we change or cancel your holiday

  1. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  2. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  3. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  4. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  5. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  6. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by booker.
